This tutorial was written for those that have a working knowledge of PSP. Supplies needed: PSP - I used Version 9 Tube of choice Beloved Grandfather scrapkit from Angels Designz I used the artwork of ©Enys Guerrero which is available for purchase from DSI. Please do not use the same tube unless you have the license to do so. Let's start by opening AD_Glitter1.png and going Image - Mirror and then Adjust - Hue and Saturation - Colorize with the follow settings 
Now open AD_Glitter2.png and copy and paste that as a now layer onto your other Glitter (the one we colorized). Now Merge Visable. You can now add a drop shadow, I used the following settings throughout my tutorial 
Now open AD_Frame3.png and copy and paste it as a new layer upon your Merge Image you just drop shadowed. Go ahead and hide your Merged Layers and make sure you are on your frame layer. Now taking your magic wand with the following settings 
Click inside each section of the frame (there are 5 sections) and then go to Selections - Modify - Expand and use the follow settings: 
Now go to Selections - Invert and then set this aside for a moment. Now open your paper of choice (I used AD_Paper1.jpg) and once again colorize with the settings below: 
Now copy and paste this on top of your frame layer we just set aside and then press your delete key and deselect! Now move the paper layer underneath your frame layer and make sure you are still on your paper layer. Now select in the largest section of your frame (the bottom one) with the same magic wand settings as before. Then open your tube of choice and then copy and paste it onto of your paper layer and place it where you like the most like this: 
Now click Selection - Invert and then press the delete key on your keyboard and then select none. Do this with the other 4 parts of your frame until you have all 5 sections filled. Now close off all layers except your 5 image layers (make sure you are on an image layer) and then Image - Merge Visable and add a drop shadow and lower the opacity on this layer to around 50. You can now open all your layers except your bottom layer (blingy layer) and now add a drop shadow to your frame layer and then Image - Merge Visable. Now go to Image - Mirror and then turn your bottom layer on, you should now have two layers. (frame layer & blingy layer) Now open AD_Bling2.png and copy and paste it onto your workspace resize to your liked (I resized by 80%) and go to Image - Mirror then Layer - Arrange - Send to bottom and add a drop shadow of choice. Your image should like something like this right now: 
Now copy and paste your tube once again as a new layer and bring it to the top. Resize it accordingly and then add your drop shadown, you may also need resize your frame layer depending on your tube. Merge Visable, add your copyright info (make sure to check your dpi) & name, crop, save as a png file and voila you're done! Thank you for trying my tutorial!
